"This place has owed me nearly $600 for a year because I sold my house. I’ve asked for a check several times and they tell me I’ll get it in 14 business days and I have yet to receive it. They refuse to send it to my bank account or apply it as a credit to my monthly insurance. I’m starting to believe they’re scamming me. Go to a different State Farm branch, because they’re not going to give you any money owed to you."
